Geek Housecalls maintains a flat pricing structure for customers who purchase managed support or support service contracts. This fee structure includes travel time.
Our rate for on-site consultation is $70 per hour.
Our rate for on-site, same-day service is $125 per hour. Same-day service means service which is requested less than 12 hours in the future. There is no additional fee for weekend service. Holiday service (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day) is billed at $195 per hour.
Geek Housecalls offers discounts of 20% to military veterans, front-line healthcare workers, and teachers.
Geek Housecalls additionally offers seasonal and promotional discounts, which vary throughout the year. Information about these can be found in promotional emails from Geek Housecalls.
Geek Housecalls offers 10% discounts to senior citizens, over the age of 65.
After-hours support is billed at double-time (eg: a normal business hourly rate of $95 is billed at $190 for after hours support, in addition to an after hours on-site fee).
An after-hours/on-call support package can be added to any base support package or contract, depending on your business's needs.
Geek Housecalls will make every effort to provide you with timely service, whether on a normal support request timetable or an expedited request. If we fail to meet our turnaround time obligation, you will not be billed and a credit will be applied to your monthly contract rate or one-time project rate.
Our standard hourly rate, during business hours, is $95 per hour for labor, plus the cost of deliverables. For example, a client requiring fifty workstation upgrades from Windows 7 to Windows 10 will be charged our standard rate of $95/hour, plus the cost of the deliverables (upgrading all deployed workstations, migrating data as needed, configuring Domain Controllers, etc.)
